A teenager has been disqualified from driving for a year after pleading guilty to having no licence, insurance or MOT.
Darlington magistrates heard how Stephen Wilkinson, 19, of Hewitson Road South, Darlington was stopped in the town's Brignall Moor by police in February. He was fined £50 and after points were put on his licence he was disqualified for 12 months under the totting up procedure.
Wilkinson also pleaded not guilty to driving while disqualified and having no insurance on May 28.
That case was adjourned until July 22 for a pre-trial review.
