PEOPLE with physical disabilities or sensory loss are being invited to voice their opinions at a consultation event next month.
Stockton Borough Council's health and social care directorate is reviewing the services it provides to people with a physical disability and/or sensory loss, using the Government's Best Value framework.
A consultation meeting, in conjunction with North Tees Primary Care Trust, takes place from 10am to 2pm on Friday, July 4, at Stockton Baptist Tabernacle. It is aimed at people who use, or care for people who use, the services, and for those who help to provide the services.
The event is being held to provide the opportunity for people to give feedback on the quality and range of services available to residents in the borough of Stockton.
It aims to ensure a complete and accurate representation of local views before the final report and improvement plan are completed.
Admission to the event is free and refreshments, including a buffet lunch, will be provided. To book a place or for more information contact (01642) 624731.
