European Paralympic Athletics Championship gold medallist Kenny Churchill of Durham City Harriers insists the best is yet to come as he aims for a place at the 2004 Paralympics in Athens.
The 28-year-old Churchill, from Middlesbrough, picked up gold in the F37 category javelin event at the EPC Europan Athletics Championships in Assen, Holland, on Monday evening with a throw of 44.23m to add to his three world titles and the 2000 Paralympic gold.
He said: "I was pleased with my performance and obviously delighted to win the event. But I think there is a lot more to come from me this season."
