About a dozen teachers attended an information session by Aberdeen City Council education officials, which was designed to recruit County Durham teachers to work in the Scottish city.
The delegation travelled to Bowburn motorway services earlier this week, where those interested could gain more information on working in the town.
Vacant posts included maths, technology, science, modern languages and English.
