Fire crews tackled a blaze in a disused building in Alexandra Road, Grangetown, Teesside, on Saturday.
They spent more than an hour fighting the blaze on the first floor of the building, a former shop, after being called shortly after 12.30pm.
The upper floor was gutted, and the fire also caused damage to the ground floor.
