A CAST of more than 50 school children has been entertaining the crowds with a show of biblical proportions this week.
Students at Park View Comprehensive School in Chester-le-Street, staged a version of Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the first West End musical by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
The show was staged by Year 7 and 8 pupils at the school this week. Drama teacher Kristy Laurence, who has been helping to direct the show, said: "It has been quite challenging. It's an all-singing, all-dancing production from start to finish. It has been very high energy, especially with about 50 to 60 kids in it."
