Traditional music fans will flock to Durham for the city's 14th Folk Party over the weekend.
Dance teams and singers will appear at Durham Rugby Club, in the Market Place, at the town hall and in three city centre pubs.
Visitors will form a camp site at the rugby club's Hollow Drift ground, off Green Lane, from tomorrow.
