Wool and buttons: The members of Yarm Mothers' Union knit clothes for the premature babies being cared for in the special unit of North Tees Hospital.

Pharmacy services: A Yarm pharmacy is offering services including blood pressure monitoring, pres-cription reviews, stopping smoking, diabetes awareness and weight management. John Anderson of Leven Park pharmacy is one of a group of pharmacists chosen to front the new Vantage Pharmacy chain's new Health Watch initiative.

Driving range: The Yarm driving range and golf academy (incorporating Mike Nutter) is the town's newest leisure facility.
