A construction group is setting up a division to drive its expansion plans.
MMP Estates, of Bishop Auckland, County Durham, will focus on land and property and carrying out development work in housing.
The division complements MMP's three arms - finishes, contraction and joinery - and is expected to achieve a £5m annual turnover within five years.
