A NEWSLETTER offering a wealth of information has been produced for the visually impaired in Darlington.
Volunteers with sight problems have completed the first edition of 4sight, which aims to keep people up to speed on developments affecting them and their families.
The newsletter, which will be produced quarterly, is written and edited by volunteers Fiona Ferguson, Lorna Jones, Colin Light and Christine Kay, all of whom suffer from eyesight problems.
The magazine includes items on sport and leisure, information technology and changes to services for visually impaired people.
To get a copy of 4Sight in an appropriate format, or to join the 4Sight mailing list, contact the council's social services team on (01325) 346280 or 346704.
