THE latest disruption to the A66 caused by work on the South Stockton Link road will begin next Thursday.
The second stage of the major roadworks programme began last January and future works will affect the A66 between the A135 Yarm Road Interchange and the A1045 Thornaby Road Interchange.
As part of the works, narrow lanes will be in use at all times on the A66 eastbound, and off-peak lane closures on both carriageways.
Bowefield Lane will be closed from 7pm next Thursday until 7pm the following day to allow bridge beams to be lifted.
