Eighties pop star Matt Goss visited the North-East this week to showcase his new solo album - much to the delight of his screaming fans.
The former Bros frontman, who sold millions of records in the Eighties, performed to about 300 music lovers at the Chicago Rock bar, in Wilson Street, Middlesbrough, on Wednesday evening.
The singer, who has spent ten years out of the media spotlight since the demise of Bros, which also featured his twin brother, Luke, visited the region as part of a nationwide tour to promote his new single and album.
He performed a number of reggae and rock-influenced songs from his album as well as playing old Bros songs When Will I Be Famous and I Owe You Nothing.
Speaking after the concert, the solo artist said: "Tonight was absolutely wicked. The crowd in Middlesbrough were really enjoying themselves and it was a great night. I played in York earlier in the month and the Grand Theatre was an amazing venue.
"The people have all been really nice and I have had the best reception I could have hoped for."
After the Middlesbrough show, the star was happy to sign autographs and pose for photographs with fans.
