A CHARITY is looking for people to take part in its biggest ever skydiving weekend.
The jump will take place at Peterlee Airfield, in County Durham, on Sunday, October 5, and money raised during the event by the Leonard Cheshire charity will go towards helping disabled people lead more independent lives.
Volunteers will have to jump from an aeroplane at 10,000ft and the charity predicts enough people will take part to make the event its largest ever.
Volunteers need to raise a minimum of £400 in sponsorship and training will be given on the day. There are only a limited number of places left. To register, or for a free information pack, call the Leonard Cheshire events team on 020 7802 8241.
