POLICE are hunting vandals who caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to parked cars at the weekend.
Vehicles parked in Gordon Crescent and Fontenay Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire, were targeted on Friday evening. Wing mirrors and windows were smashed. An estate agent's sign was also pulled down and sandbags emptied over the road.
The following night, the owners of cars in Frenchgate reported that aerials had been ripped off, snapped or bent.
Witnesses or anyone who may be able to help identify the culprits is asked to call police on (01609) 789321 or contact Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111.
