A JUDGE yesterday issued an arrest warrant for a 14-year-old Teesside boy who it was feared could harm himself.
The boy from Stockton was convicted with two others in May of arson on the former Top Rank Bingo Hall, in Stockton, in November 2000.
The youngster who cannot be named for legal reasons, was given a 12-month supervision order.
Yesterday, he was due to be sentenced at Teesside Crown Court for two breaches of the order, but he left the building before the case was called.
