Craig Hutcheson has been promoted to business development manager for telecommunications specialist Executel, at Team Valley, Gateshead.
The 47-year-old former senior account manager, from Washington, Tyne and Wear, has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
He will play a key role in the development of Executel's telecommunications facilities management division.
