NEW PREMISES: The Signpost information centre in Hope Street, Crook, is moving this month, thanks to a grant from the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund.
Signpost is seeking volunteers to join the organisation. The South West Durham Credit Union will continue to operate a collection point on Thursdays.
RECORD BREAKER: Allen March has become the first wicketkeeper at Crook Town Cricket Club to take a hat-trick of wickets. At Esh Winning on Saturday, in a Readers Durham County League division one fixture, he took three wickets in three balls in the final over.
