All of the UniBond League Premier Division clubs have applied for promotion to the new Conference North.
There were doubts about whether some clubs would apply but all 23 clubs have notified the Conference they want to join.
However, the option is still there to withdraw the application at any time.
All 69 clubs in the UniBond, Doctor Martens and Rymans Leagues have applied to join.
Former Blackburn striker Graham Fenton showed his class with a hat-trick at Spennymoor on Tuesday night.
Moors were outplayed for most of the game by a well-organised Blyth outfit, for whom Fenton, who was released by Blackpool, was different class.
Tony Woodhouse, who was released by Moors during the summer, grabbed a fourth, and to complete a depressing night, Leigh Grant scored an own goal.
Bishop Auckland have two wins from two games after they beat Kendal on Wednesday night - and there is a growing feeling amongst Bishops' fans that this could be their year.
They had a touch of luck about their first goal, when a 25-yard shot from Stuart Irvine went under the keeper's body. Bishops had several chances, but they didn't make sure until right at the end when Neil Maddison scored from ten yards.
Bishops have switched their FA Cup tie with Flixton to Sunday, August 31 (2pm) at Dean Street.
Tickets are still available for Bishop Auckland's Sportsmen's dinner on Friday, September 5 at the Redworth Hall Hotel, with former Burnley striker Steve Kindon the guest speaker. Tickets costing £30, or £300 for a table of ten, are available from 08700 551557.
