Crook Individual League: Stephen Burke shot up to third place in the table after playing three matches on one night and only dropping two frames. This leaves him only three points behind the joint leaders, Johnny Mason and David Craggs.
Lee Cullinan, who was bottom or next to it for the early matches in the league, boosted himself up to a mid-table placing when he whitewashed Aaron Cowan, but then suffered a similar fate at the hands of Stephen Burke.
The organisers are concerned at the back-log of matches, through unnecessary cancellations. They are going to re-schedule these missed fixtures with the matches having to be played on the re-organised date.
Results: Stephen Burke 3 Lee Scott 0; Lee Cullinan 3 Aaron Cowan 0; Stephen Burke 1 Neil Campbell 2; David Haygarth 3 Darren Tinkler 0; Stephen Burke 3 Lee Cullinan 0.
Next week's matches will be played on Tuesday, instead of Monday because of the bank Holiday. The matches are David Craggs v Doug Bowey; Adam Martin v David Stephenson; David Haygarth v Neil Campbell, with as many other re-arranged matches as can be fitted in.
