VOLUNTEERS are needed to offer a voice on the management committee of a young people's support service.
Durham Young People's Centre is a confidential advice, support and counselling service for the 13 to 25 age group. It offers help to about 5,000 young people from across the county at its base at End House, in Claypath, Durham.
Project manager Mandy Taylor said: "We are seeking enthusiastic young people with an interest in being involved in the running of our project, who would like to join our management committee as our young person's representative."
Anyone considering offering their services must be able to attend a minimum of two meetings per month. Further information is available on 0191-383 1414.
