STAFF and regulars at Blind Jack's pub have every reason to raise their glasses in celebration.
Their pub has been named as the regional Pub of the Season by the Campaign for Real Ale (Camra).
The pub, in Knaresborough's Market Square, in North Yorkshire, is owned by a Darlington group and run by manager Paul Holden-Ridgway.
"We have been here for around 19 months and I understand this is the pub's first award in seven years," he said yesterday.
"We are very chuffed to say the least."
