FINAL clearance has been given for a 50-pitch touring caravan site at Masham's former railway station, subject to 13 conditions.
The planning application was approved by Harrogate Borough Council members, and planning officers have now finalised conditions imposed on the development.
The list specifies that the development, proposed by William Grainger and his son, Paul, undergoes an approved landscape scheme during the first planting season following the start of building work.
A converted engine shed can only be used as a reception area, information centre and cafe, and not as a pub or takeaway.
Caravans will be on site from March next year and people can use the facilities until November, when the park will close for winter.
