MEMBERS of a Darlington church have joined forces with a charity that helps people in debt.
Parishioners at Kings Church are supporting the work of the charity Christians Against Poverty (Cap), in Newton Aycliffe.
Cap offers counselling, practical services and financial education to people out of debt or poverty.
Kings Church has been looking for practical ways to reach out into the community and decided to provide support workers for Cap, which recently won the Charity of the Year award for their field of research, advice and support.
To arrange a home visit, call Susan Sadler, at Christians Against Poverty, on (01325) 316420.
