CHILTON Community Partnership has teamed up with Chilton West Residents' Association to extend a programme of summer fun days into a week-long event.
Two young people's discos opened the activities on Tuesday in the workingmen's club. Today, a storyteller entertains children in Chilton Library, from 11am to noon and there is a magician at the community college, from 1pm.
Fun Girl Three and vocalist Neil Gorman top the bill at a concert in the workingmen's club. Admission is £1.50.
Tomorrow's events open with a coffee morning in Chilton Library. A family disco is held at the community college tomorrow night.
On Sunday, a fancy dress parade at 11am is followed by a busy programme at the school and college including a pipe band, balloon models, face painting, charity stalls and refreshments.
