HOUSING Minister Keith Hill is on a fact-finding visit to the region today.
He will meet members of the newly-formed regional housing board to be briefed on housing issues facing the North-East.
Mr Hill is to visit Easington, County Durham, and will look at refurbished housing in the Thornley village area completed by a local regeneration project. His visit aims to highlight such schemes.
