THE Lyons Male Voice Choir is looking for singers to join its ranks.
The choir will resume practices tomorrow, at Easington Lane before a programme of concerts that will include this year's Houghton Feast.
It will be conducted by musical director Clare Seccombe, who is returning after the birth of her son.
The choir rehearses on Fridays from 7.15jpm to 9pm in the community hall next to the Easington Lane Access Centre, Brickgarth, Easington Lane
Choir press officer Bryan Cooper said: "There are some vacancies in the choir, especially for tenors.
"All you need is a singing voice and the interest, we will do the rest. You will find a warm and friendly welcome awaiting you.''

Singers are also required for Shiney Row Male Voice Choir.
Rehearsals for the choir's forthcoming season begin tomorrow.
Tenors would be particularly welcome, but any keen male singer, over the age of 18, is welcome to attend rehearsals.
The choir practises from 7pm to 9pm on Fridays, at Trinity Methodist Church Hall, Shiney Row, between Chester-le-Street and Sunderland.
