conveyor-belt restaurant chain YO! Sushi has been sold to its management for £10m.
The buy-out, led by three directors and private equity firm Primary Capital, will allow YO! Sushi to expand across the UK and internationally, with outlets opening shortly in Birmingham, Athens and Dubai. The Japanese-themed dining chain, which has 14 eateries across the UK, began after a chance remark to founder Simon Woodroffe by a Japanese acquaintance.
