INSURANCE workers in Darlington are pulling out all the stops to help an organisation for disabled people.
Staff from AXA Insurance spent Wednesday redecorating the office of Darlington Association on Disability (Dad), in Horsemarket.
The previous day, five workers from the company, which is based in Beaumont Street, completed a 60-mile sponsored bike ride to Barnard Castle in aid of the group. The trip raised about £700.
Team leader Sue Brown said: "It's a challenge we are given every year to do something in the community.
"This year our efforts are to help Dad, which does excellent work in the town. We're happy to help all we can."
