Longhorn Hardware Darlington and District League: Barnard Castle 0 v 3 Hole in the Wall
Barney keeper Daniel Pritchard made a great save to maintain the status quo but was powerless to prevent Wall taking a first half lead when a free kick was turned past him by David Wilson. Dryden, Cole and Hudson then all spurned chances as Paul De-St-Croix in the Wall goal emulated his opposite number with assistance from the woodwork. Wilson added his second and Wall's Kevin Myers headed home to secure the points. Clint Cole was Barney's man of the match.
East End WMC 4 v 0 DGSOB
East End took a first half lead from the spot courtesy of Mark Maddison and in the second half Maddison completed his hat-trick and Aaron Radstock added a fourth.
Fox and Hounds 2 v 7 Greyhound
An even first half saw Greyhound lead 2-1 at the interval with Alan Robson converting two crosses from brother Peter. Greyhound ran away with the game as Alan Robson crossed for Peter to volley home. Peter Robson then completed his hat-trick with Alan adding a further two to his tally. Centre half John Makepeace was man of the match.
Grey Horse 1 v 3 Shuttle and Loom
Shuttle had requested the postponement of this game however, the reserves did them proud to record their first victory. David Palmer scored for Grey Horse.
Heighington 3 v 7 Newton Aycliffe
A strong Aycliffe overcame Heighington with goals from Will Swinburn (2). Sub David Brassell (2), Gareth Boys, Tony Stafford and man of the match Stuart Owen. Heighington's marksmen were Andrew Etherington, Gareth Marshall and sub Simon Wrangham.
