A PIONEERING service to give the public more say in the way health care develops is beginning to make its mark.
In three months, Darlington Patient Advice and Liaison Service (Pals) received 83 inquiries.
Service manager Margaret Scott said the requests received were mainly for information.
Some concerns had been expressed about the long waiting times for chiropody at Park Place surgery, and managers were investigating to see how this could be improved, she said.
