AN estimated £5m worth of antiques went on show in Harrogate yesterday when the 55th annual Northern Antiques Fair opened at the town's Great Yorkshire Showground.
Exhibitors from all over the country attend every year, attracting crowds which are expected to total nine thousand by the time the event closes on Sunday. Gates open at 11am every day. The admission fee of £10 includes a colour catalogue.
