IT has been a hectic year for Teesside High School pupil Kate Soley.
Kate, from Middleton St George, was first seen with her pony, Daldron Honey Bee, at a British Dressage talent-spotting day and has since enjoyed plenty of success.
Since starting to compete at novice level in April, she has won a string of accolades, including second place at the PetPlan Equine Area Festival in August, and has notched up a total of 31 British Dressage rider points this season.
Based on her performance at the talent-spotting day, Kate has been invited to take part in the final of the British Dressage under-21s event and will also be riding as part of an inter-regional team at a British Dressage event in Bradford later this month
