Rose Moffatt of Crook Belle Vue relies on her high scores from the 19 section of the board and was delighted to put three in the treble 19 to hear a 171 shout against the visiting Crook Jelly's Bar A.
There were also good scores from her teammates when Lynn Easton and Mary Crossling put in 140 each and Gladys March added 125, whilst the best for Jelly's was Julie nelson with 140.
Leading individual scorers: Saye Sanderson 147 and Lynn Vitty 128 for the New Market B, Lesley Leighton 140 and Christine Dunn 120 for the Olde Horse Shoe, Dawn Harrison 137, Marion Hesp 125 and Margaret Stewart 121 for the Queen's Head A, Mary Jane Walton 133 for the Victoria, Norma Parkin 127 for Jelly's Bar B and Ann Varley 121 for the Travellers Rest.
