A TWO-DAY health and safety course is being held next month for people looking to improve their CVs.
The adult education department at Stockton Borough Council has registered with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health to deliver the course - on October 9 and 16 - leading to the Health and Safety at Work Foundation Certificate.
The programme, which is being run in conjunction with One NorthEast development agency, is designed to give an understanding into health and safety at work and will enable current and future employees to contribute to health and safety management systems within organised policies.
The course is open to all and no formal qualification is needed to attend the event.
To enrol, contact Kathy Martin on (01642) 393575.
