A SIXTH form college is celebrating its 30th birthday next month and former students and members of staff are invited to the party.
Martin Clinton, who was a teacher at Stockton Sixth Form College in the late 1970s and who returned as principal earlier this year, is planning the celebration on Sunday, October 19, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
He is appealing to former students to help him collect memorabilia from 1973, and would like them to contact their friends so that as many people as possible know about the anniversary.
Mr Clinton said: "We have got masses to celebrate and we are tracking down former students, including actor Daniel Casey and former Manchester United and England footballer Gary Pallister.
"We are pulling out the stops to make contact with as many people as possible in this country, and in other parts of the world.
"The party will be a way of celebrating the past and welcoming the future."
Anyone wanting further information can contact the college on (01642) 612611.
