Division One, Bedale FC 1 v 2 Carlin How: Carlin How took an early lead through Steve Starsmore and on the stroke of half-time he scored his second of the match to give his side a 2-0 lead at the break.
In the second half a better performance from the home side saw them press from the kick off and 20 minutes in Paul Taite struck to pull it back to 2-1.
Fishburn Park 1 v 3 Wolviston Res
Wolviston Reserves took the lead after 34 minutes through Steven Casey, the only goal of the first half. Twenty minutes into the second half Fishburn drew level when Dean Price scored but two goals within five minutes of each other saw Wolviston take the points as Ian Thompson and Andrew Dinsdale scored.
Grangetown BC 3 v 3 Thornaby YC
Grangetown BC started off brightly enough when Mark Ward gave them the minute lead before the Youth Club struck back through Gary Waite and Darren Fixture then gave the Youth Club the lead. Five minutes before half time Mark Williams pulled it back to 2-2 direct from a free kick before five minutes into the second half Alan Shepherd gave the Boys Club the lead for the second time but six minutes later Waite scored his second of the match.
Nunthorpe Ath 2 v 1 Stokesley SC
The home side were well on top in the opening half hour so it was completely against the run of play when Stokesley took the lead via a a long range shot hit the underside of the bar and bounced out to James Middleditch who chested the ball home. In the second half the home side pinned the visitors back into their own half but had to wait until the 75th minute when James Petch fired home the equaliser. Petch was also instrumental in the second and winning goal for Nunthopre when he crossed to the far post for Adam Miller to slide the ball home.
Richmond Town 2 v 4 BEADS FC
Matthew Hill, making his debut, gave Richmond Town the lead but ten minutes later BEADS were level at 1-1 when Paul Callen was on the end of a Paul Chamberlin flick on. Five minutes into the second half the visitors took the lead for the first time when a long cross by Craig Bishop eluded everyone and ended up in the net to give BEADS a 2-1 lead. Five minutes later the visitors were reduced to ten men when David Boyle red-carded. But this had the reverse effect on the visitors as
They increased their lead through Bishop, before Ian Swinnerton made it 4-1 direct from a corner before Richmond pulled a second goal back after player/manger Richard Dowson fired home from the edge of the area.
SMG Redstripes 2 v 1 Mack. Park
Mackinlay Park were ahead via a penalty which Kevin Lowe converted but the match was marred in the 30th minute when Rory Newton of SMG Redstripes was carried off and sent to hospital with a suspected broken leg. In the second half the visitors started the brightest and drew level through Andrew Salvatai who chipped the keeper from 35 yards. In the 88th minute SMG Redstripes took all the points when Lowe scored his second of the game with a diving header.
Division Two
Billingham W. 1 v 1 Darlington SRM
a minute before half-time a ball from the back saw Featonby slip and Darlington's Harris raced on to slip the ball under the keeper for a 1-0 lead. A number of substitutions at the break for the home side saw Lee Mitchell and Dave Philips coming on and this paid dividends when a hand ball in the box by Paul Whiting resulted in John Cairns scoring the equaliser.
Teesside Ath 1 v 3 Richmond Mav.
Teesside Athletic were on top for the opening half hour and were rewarded when Mark Farrell gave them the lead with a fine 20-yard strike. This seemed to wake up the visitors and they started to get on top and they equalised five minutes before half-time when Andrew Mollitt tapped home. In the second half the visitors were well on top and they took a 2-1 lead through a Gary Walker header. The home side pressed but Richmond broke away and Gary Nicholson slid home .
Teesside Link 0 v 1 Dormans FC
The Thornaby side were able to match Dormans for the majority of this match with the only goal of the match coming in the 78th minute when David McKenna scored.
Whinney Banks 0 v 0 Guisb Town Res
the match was very evenly balanced and neither side were able to break the deadlock and it remained goalless with both sides getting a point apiece.

Darlington CB 4 v 2 Darlington Albion
Three goals in the last five minutes of the half saw Cleveland Bridge take a 3-0 lead into the half time break. An own goal by a Albion defender in the 41st minute gifted Cleveland Bridge the lead, they doubled that lead through Wayne King and Stuart Hardy then scored to give Cleveland Bridge a comfortable advantage. Two minutes into the second period the home side took a 4-0 lead when Chris Airey scored a penalty. In the 55th minute the Albion got back into the match when Adrian Weston pulled a goal back with Rodney Brown adding a second on the hour but the home side then sat back to soak up the pressure.
Hartlepool FC 7 v 1 North Ormesby
Glen Watson gave the home side a 12th minute lead, they then went on to score a further six goals by Gary Moore (2), James Parkinson (3) and Watson again scored. North Ormesby pulled a goal back through Anthony Parker in the 68th minute.
Thornaby FC 5 v 2 Darlington RA Res
The Darlington side took a shock lead after only seven minutes through Craig Adamson but Thornaby responded from the kick off and immediately drew level through Michael Arif. Five minutes later a free kick from Martin Speight gave Thornaby a 2-1 lead and Danny Jones then seemed to have given Thornaby a comfortable 3-1 lead but a spirited display from the Darlington side saw Darren Kokes pull it back to 3-2 five minutes before half time. In the second half substitute Neil Preston had a well struck shot parried by the Darlington keeper, but Jones was on hand to head home to make it 4-2. A spectacular 25-yarder from Arif made it 5-2 to Thornaby who progress to the first round with a match at SMG Redstripes.
