STUDENTS from Darlington College of Technology have won prizes in an art and photography competition.
The youngsters entered the second Lingfield Point art competition, which offered two students on national diploma programmes the chance to win £250.
Tony Metcalf, the college's head of journalism, media and the arts, presented the runners-up with vouchers for artists' materials.
John Orchard, director of Lingfield Investments, owner of Lingfield Point, said: "Once again the standard of entries was extremely high and it was a very difficult decision to choose the winners. We are delighted to be able to display many of the entries in Lingfield House, where they are enjoyed on a daily basis."
Art winners were: 1 Natalie Davies, 2 Antony Greenwood, 3 Richard Ellis.
Photography: 1 Rachel Johnson, 2 Delphine Ruston, 3 Robert Allen.
