The performance of the week came from Spraire's Under-11s who had an excellent 3-1 win against Stockton Town.

Jackson Kneeshaw weaving through the Stockton defence and round the diving keeper put Spraire 2-1 ahead. Stockton responded and had several opportunities to level but it was not to be. Man of the match was Jackson Kneeshaw but there were outstanding performances from Robert Gilmour, Sam Pow, Ben Sanderson & Ben Bradley.

Spraire Under-16, sponsored by Cummins Engines Ltd kicked-off their league season against Trimdon United. Spraire started slowly and went behind after five minutes. The game settled down and was an even match until Trimdon broke away after 20 minutes to score a second goal.
