A 5FT-tall daffodil and poppy are among the works featured in an exhibition that opened at Danby Moors Centre on Tuesday.
The two willow structures are just part of the art and craft collection Out There by patients from Newlands community mental health resource centre in Redcar.
They created the art pieces after working with an education support worker from Danby Moors Centre and occupational therapy staff.
Time was spent at the park learning about the wildlife and different plant species and their importance to the growth and maintenance of the moors, and collecting pieces of nature such as leaves, feathers, and branches.
As well as the giant flowers, the exhibition includes photographs, watercolour paintings, silk paintings, papiermache balloon birds, a hessian banner and more.
The aim of the Danby project is to encourage people to appreciate the North York Moors National Park, particularly those who would not normally go into the countryside.
Allison Bullock, occupational therapist at Newlands, said: "The patients have thoroughly enjoyed this project.
"It has given them the opportunity to get away from the stresses of everyday life and to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
"One of our patients involved in the project said he didn't know Danby even existed."
Education officer for the national park, Sue Whitehouse, said: "The park's education staff have enjoyed working with the group and the quality of the artwork produced speaks for itself."
Out There will be on show until October 30 at Danby Moors Centre. The centre is open daily to visitors from 10am-5pm and entry is free.
