A 48-YEAR-OLD man charged over an incident in which a 69-year-old man was stabbed in the face with a screwdriver was back in court at the weekend.
Keith John Davis is facing four more charges of aggravated burglary, taking a vehicle without consent and driving without insurance.
Mr Davis, of no fixed address, spoke only to confirm his name when he appeared at Sedgefield Magistrates' Court, at Newton Aycliffe, on Saturday.
On Thursday, he was charged with five cases of aggravated burglary and wounding with intent.
He was remanded in custody and will appear in court again on Wednesday when a video link will be set up with the remand centre.
