PUB-goers could be offered items stolen from a bird and animal sanctuary, say police.
Falconry equipment taken from the Exotic Animal Welfare Trust, at Boundary Farm, Tow Law, County Durham, includes 30 metal foot rings and a bag.
Police believe they may be offered for sale in pubs in the Consett and Wear Valley areas.
They have asked anyone with information to come forward. Crook CID can be contacted on (01388) 762011.
