A STREET warden has returned from the war in Iraq to continue his job.
Trained aeronautical technician Tony Parkes was seconded by the RAF and went out with the first group of British troops when hostilities began.
It was his job to help keep the aircraft flying.
A street warden with Middlesbrough Council since last September, he returned to work yesterday.
