COUNCILLORS are expected to approve an application for a housing development in Darlington.
Robert Drummond has applied for outline planning permission for a development in Harris Street, near the junction with Cobden Street.
But one neighbouring resident has objected on the grounds that if a two-storey house was to be built, it would overlook his property. He also argues that the traffic flow would be increased.
Officers have recommended that councillors approve the plan, subject to contamination checks.
