A MAP of Middlesbrough has been drawn up by a group of schoolchildren.
Pupils were invited to draw their favourite Middlesbrough landmark and their sketches were used as templates to make a 3D model of the town.
The children's families were then asked to have a go at sketching well-known features of their local areas so that they could be turned into postcards, which were pinned onto a giant map showing 25 Middlesbrough's electoral wards.
The young people worked on the project with artist Sarah Woodfine, whose drawings have been reproduced as models of landmarks, including Saltburn's pier.
