NINE centuries of stained glass are being celebrated at an exhibition in York Minster.
Jewels of Light is a celebration of the York Glaziers Trust and its predecessors - without whose efforts much of the cathedral's magnificent glasswork would have been lost forever.
Highlights include two panels of Norman glass from the 12th Century and two 13th Century panels from the Chapter House. Six panels of 15th Century glass from the St William window are also on show.
The exhibition, in the Chapter House vestibule, continues until January 11.
