POLICE are looking for a woman who is suspected of leaving a supermarket without paying for goods worth almost £50.
She allegedly put four bottles of brandy and a pack of Gillette razor blades into her bag and left the Co-op store, in Whitby, without paying at the checkout.
The incident occurred just after 7pm on September 5. The woman is described as white, slim, about 35, 5ft 8in, with shoulder-length, brown hair, and with a pock-marked face.
She was wearing black trousers and carrying a green shoulder bag and is believed to have left the area in a J-registered blue Ford Fiesta.
Anyone who recognises the woman or has any information, is asked to call Crimestoppers on (0800) 555 111.
