COLLIERLEY Primary School in Dipton, near Stanley, celebrated its 125th anniversary this week.
This Thursday there was due to be a performance of a new school play written by the children and Cap-a-Pie theatre group. Theatre member Benny Graham is pictured with some of the pupils as they prepare for the event.
This Friday, the school was due to be open to visitors from 1.30pm, with a Durham Night, including North-East food and music, in the evening.
