Bedale have bounced back to take over at the top of Division One.
They were temporarily deposed because of their 3-0 defeat by Harrogate Squash 11.
But a 3-0 away win at Northallerton saw Bedale regain their lofty status.
Phil Martin, Dave Smiley and Alan Peirson victories gave Bedale their success. Martin defeated Keith Johnson 9-6 7-9 9-3 9-6 while Smiley recovered to romp home 2-9 9-2 9-2 9-2. Peirson faced more resistance in overcoming Peter Pinkney in the only five game clash - 9-6 0-9 1-9 9-5 9-7. Bedale's win puts them on 42 points with three wins and two defeats in five clashes.
Second are Knaresborough, who suffered their first defeat of the season going down 3-0 at Leyburn, against Wensleydale.
Harrogate Squash II, with two matches in hand on the league leaders, have won all their three matches and look menacing on 36 points. Wensleydale, in fourth spot, have 35 points (three wins from four matches) and Harrogate Squash first team have 29 points (three straight wins).
Harrogate first team, however, have suffered an off-court setback. They have been docked four points for late cancellation of a match against Knaresborough. It's a move which sends a message to other league sides that postponements can cost teams vital points.
Wensleydale's 3-0 win over Knaresborough put an end to their rivals' winning start to the season with a surprise result.
At first string Nick Brown pulled off a shock result beating James Lambley 2-9 9-6 9-2 9-3. And there was a straight games victory for Keith Parlour in defeating John Evans 9-2 9-5 9-0. Robert Dent completed the trio of wins by taking 9-3 7-9 9-0 9-7 scorelines against Adrian Forge.
In Division Two newly-promoted Boroughbridge are a creditable third following their 3-0 home win against Bedale II. Simon Robinson, Stuart Rennison and Joe Royle took the hat-trick of victories.
