STUDENTS at a Newton Aycliffe school are considering the possibilities for their future careers after a visit from a theatre company.
Cragrats, one of the country's largest touring groups, performed at Woodham Community Technology College as part of a six-week tour of the region's schools.
It's Your Choice is aimed at Year 11 students and highlights the options available to students following their GCSE examinations.
The company specialises in educational theatre and the four professional actors who made up the cast talked about post-16 options including NVQs, BTecs, City and Guilds, Modern Apprenticeships and A-Levels.
Matthew Taylor, teacher in charge of ICT development and assistant head of year 11, said: "The show was superb, the students have really enjoyed themselves whilst learning more than they realised about their options through interacting with the cast. This was a very professional performance."
