GVA Grimley has acquired Sandgate House, a landmark building on Newcastle's Quayside, for its clients Credit Suisse Asset Management.
The property has 30,000sq ft of office space and is opposite the Baltic Art Gallery. Sandgate House is let to Ward Hadaway solicitors for a further 18 years and cost nearly £6.5m.
